I see that you give 4$ bonus and reduce the exchange rate to cover that cost and the very next day you increase it back to match the market ..you are deceiving the customers ,you may not get repeat business by doing so

Not fast compared to Xoom or other services. Transferred from the US to India and it was very slow. Xoom and insta transfer in an hour and sometimes in minutes.

Istarem is a good money transfer servide with market competiitve rates. Their platform is safe and easy to use.

Poor Experience!
Trying to transfer money from Canada to UK. Firstly, the transaction gets cancelled and refunded and they say there is no issue. One day, my bank account got blocked and my bank said it was because "their" account had been black-listed by their own bank for suspicious activities. When I reached out to their customer support, they asked me for a screen recording of my online banking!
No problem resolution!

They ask for your social security number to even do business. Then when you do a transfer with your card, they cancel and require you to link your bank account to get a refund. This is a scam to steal your identity no doubt. Don't do ANY business with these scammers!

Very disappointed that Instrem would decline my account registration AND give no reason for declining.
They actually said we are not going to give a reason for why they refused to sign me up.

I can't believe this so-called company was recommended by Monito! I won't be trusting anything from either of them now. After seeing them recommended by Monito I signed up for an account. I provided all the requested information & uploaded documentation. I was sent an email stating I needed to "verify" my account by logging in and providing "requested information". Upon logging in I'm shown a page stating again I need to verify my account by uploading requested documentation. I click the link and it just refreshes the page. I go through all the account settings and possible links and nowhwere is there anywhere to provide additional information or upload, just a page that says they are reviewing my account application and will get back to me when it is complete. A day goes by and I get another email stating I need to verify my account. There is no customer service link or phone number, only a chat box which responds with "yes it is a good evening" no matter what I write. I reply to one of the auto-gen emails sent to me and am then emailed from a different email address by someone claiming to be a customer service rep from the company requesting I fill out two documents they have attached: 1) Ownership Details, and 2) Business Review. I fill out the documents which is repeat information of what I have already supplied, and send it back. I then get another auto-gen email from the company again stating I need to complete my application by verifying my account. I screenshot this and send it to the supposed customer service agent I had just corresponded with who then responds stating they need still more information from me in the form of "more detailed explanation of the nature of my business", wanting to know why I don't have a website, if I plan to have a website in the future and if so when I plan to have it, and asking me to "share my product catalog"?!?! WTF & WTH!?!

I notice that there is not a single review on here after 2019 that is not TERRIBLE. Glad I saw this site before I went any further with this scamming sham of a company.
